How do I apply my new patches?
Most of our patches feature a heat-activated adhesive backing. You can apply them using a standard household iron on a high-heat setting, or for a permanent bond on heavy-duty gear, we recommend sewing them on.
What is the typical shipping timeframe?
We process orders within 1-2 business days. Domestic shipping usually takes 3-5 business days, while international shipping can take 10-21 days depending on the destination and customs processing.
Do you offer custom patch designs?

What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window for all unused and unopened items. If you receive a defective product, please reach out to our support team with a photo of the item to receive a free replacement.
Are the patches machine washable?
Yes, our patches are made with high-quality embroidery threads that are fade-resistant and machine washable. We recommend washing garments inside out on a gentle cycle and air drying to preserve the adhesive longevity.
Can I track my order once it has shipped?
